Most folks do not know what the word "ergonomic" means, or how it relates to something they do every day, day in and day out. It’s not very popular now but ergonomics in the workplace is a growing trend and it will continue to grow as expanded as public still use computers at their home, job and anywhere else. Office ergonomics is the concept of transforming your normal computer workstation that more likely than not is not the most comfortable place you work, into a safe, healthy and productive work environment.
