Yoga in Practice - Four Steps to Take Control of Your Life

At a critical point in life, we may feel as whether we are in a hopeless situation. that is when some folks blame the moral law of cause and effect (karma), their family members, or someone else, for a current hardship.

We

can apply the principles, we learn in Yoga sessions, toward our situation in life. There are things we cannot control, such as natural disasters and economic shifts, but we are not helpless.
