Alcohol and Panic Attack Recovery

Panic disorders can be so frightening that you may be tempted to seek temporary relief from the attacks by drinking alcohol or taking other substances.

However panic attacks are something that you need to be in control of and you should not

use alcohol or narcotics to control the effects of panic. Doing so can lead to different types of emotional damage and might produce physical complications, particularly whether you are on medication for your panic.
